Who is Sun Window Cleaning?
- Sun Window Cleaning is a Michigan based company started “informally” in 2008. Two hard working guys with backgrounds in customer service and graduate school recognized the need for a quality window cleaning company in metro Detroit. They founded Sun Window Cleaning, with the future vision of a large customer-focused organization and a small organizational culture. Sun is small and flexible with very low overhead allowing them to pass savings onto their customers!

What if I have a problem or complaint?

Is Sun licensed and insured in the state of Michigan?
- The State of Michigan does not require a service company such as Sun to be licensed, however, we are a Limited Liability Company and do carry a $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy.

Do you do work when I’m not home?
- We can do the exterior, but require a homeowner to be present when cleaning the interior windows of your home.
How does payment work?
- Payment is due within 14 days of service. You may pay online (via Google Checkout) with a credit card, pay in person, or mail check or cash. We will email and/or mail an invoice immediately following service.
How far outside of metro Detroit does Sun do work?
- Typically, we like to do work within a 20 mile radius of Novi, MI, primarily in Oakland, Wayne, and Livingston Counties.
What is Sun doing to be green?
- We use environmentally safe and friendly cleaning solutions and reusable towels. Additionally, we are in the process of switching to a purified water fed pole system using only pure water to clean your exterior windows.
